It was 12 years ago that Heather moved to Singapore following her husband's relocation here. With her instinctive flair for food and entertaining, it was only a matter of time before Heather was asked to conduct cookery classes for other expatriate wives and to cater for small functions. Soon enough, what innocently started out as a pleasant distraction grew into a full-fledged career.

Under her direction and loving supervision, Fine Palate has since grown from epicurean strength to strength to become the leading gourmet catering company in Singapore, offering only the finest with Heather's signature personal touch.

Heather has written for a series of columns in The Finder dispensing advice on lifestyle cooking and entertaining. She has also been featured on such publications as The Bamboo Telegraph, The Peak, Tattler and The Expat as well as appearing in a lifestyle segment for Channel News Asia.
